Amazing product.. lives up to its name
Why People Love our Ceramic Dutch Oven ?
Most Dutch ovens are either too 'heavy' to lift, lined with questionable coatings, or heat unevenly, leaving rice burnt at the base or curries cooked in patches. The Ceramic Dutch Oven from Asai Cookware is built to change that.
At its core is Swiss-engineered Procera™ ceramic, genuinely free from PFAS, PFOA, and 70+ toxins, with a health report just a QR scan away.
From Sunday mutton curry and rajma that tastes better the next day, to festive biryani or slow-simmered dal makhani, it heats evenly, locks in flavour, and keeps your food safe, without the weight or the worry.

Questions we’d ask too
What makes Asai Dutch Oven special?
We are India’s only Dutch Oven with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE and sell it as “Ceramic”- beware! Ours is tested for 300+ toxins and we provide lab report with each Dutch Oven.
What is the benefit of using the Ceramic Dutch Oven?
It’s perfect for slow cooking, stews, curries and more, with even heat distribution and a toxin-free ceramic coating that ensures a safe cooking experience.
How is the ceramic dutch oven better than steel handis or enamel cast iron dutch ovens?
Cast iron dutch ovens are heavy (4x), use 2x the oil and are in general tough to maintain. Steel handis don’t provide even cooking because of poor conductivity. Ceramic dutch oven brings the best of both worlds.
What is the true life of a ceramic dutch oven?
With proper care, ceramic dutch oven can easily last 3 to 4 years. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time.
Is the ceramic dutch oven induction compatible?
Asai dutch oven is 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.
What is your 7-Day No Questions Return policy?
Simply put - your money is safe. Try our dutch oven and if you don’t like it we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. No hidden charges.
Is the ceramic dutch oven safe?
We are the only cookware brand in the world that tests every batch for 300+ toxins and sends a health report with each product. Free from forever chemicals, heavy metals and hidden toxins..
Can I cook large meals in the Dutch Oven?
Yes, with its 4L capacity, it’s ideal for family-sized meals or batch cooking.
Is the Dutch Oven suitable for oven use?
Yes, it’s oven-safe up to 450°F, giving you the flexibility to cook a wide range of recipes.
Is this Dutch Oven dishwasher safe?
While it’s dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve the longevity of the ceramic coating.
Can I cook and serve in the same Dutch Oven?
Yes, the Asai Dutch Oven moves beautifully from stovetop or oven to your table, keeping biryanis fluffy, curries aromatic, and stews warm till the very last serving.
How can I deep clean my Dutch Oven?
For the interior: Fill the Dutch Oven halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the Dutch Oven on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a soft sponge on the warm surface, this should do the trick. For the exterior: Mix baking soda and a little water to form a smooth paste; then use kitchen paper to rub the paste over the stained area (exterior surfaces only).
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty. Details of the same are in the limited warranty section.
Are you just another brand importing cookware from China and charging a premium?
Not at all. Asai is proudly made in India. Our pricing reflects what goes into making cookware differently: batch-by-batch safety testing, our 4-layer ceramic surface, patented handle design, and rigorous quality standards. Most importantly, we’re investing in promoting deeper manufacturing capability, right here in India.

One of the best cookware brands. Completely transformed my kitchen.
The feel of the pan, weight and cooking experience is really good. But the outer colour coating is not good. Just after 2 use, I am seeing minor scratches on the colour.
for a while now, and it’s been great for everyday cooking. It’s perfect for biryani, curries, and one-pot meals.
The ceramic coating is truly non-stick, so I can cook with less oil and cleaning is very easy. It heats evenly, which helps avoid burnt bottoms or uneven cooking. I also like that it feels much lighter than traditional cast iron Dutch ovens.
The build quality is solid, and the lid helps retain moisture and flavor really well. Overall, a healthy, convenient, and stylish cookware option. Definitely worth buying!
I'm just happy to have something safe for the family. Of course the cooking part is very good and you are correct about using less oil. I will probably buy some more varieties of vessels. Thank you.
I’ve been using Asai’s ceramic cookware for a few days now and I’m genuinely impressed. The pans heat up evenly, cook without sticking, and are super lightweight. I love that they’re free of toxins and makes me feel good about using them daily for my family.
This is my most favorite design . It’s beautiful . I recently cooked Thai curry in it and it came out delicious . The vegetables weren’t tasting burnt , I could let the curry cook for a longer time to absorb the flavors of Thai aromatics and cherry on the cake is that I could serve it to my guests in the same pot . It’s a win win and highly recommended
I made biryani in this ceramic Dutch oven and it turned out wonderful! The heat distribution was perfect, and nothing stuck to the base. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on the table too. Totally worth it!”
Biryani has never been this easy to cook. No burnt bottom, no half-cooked top, just fluffy rice all through. The lid sealed in all the aroma and the flavour. Clean up was hassle free too.
