What is included in The Complete Quartet?
This is our full kitchen set: the 24 cm Ceramic Frying Pan (without lid), 2.5 Litre Ceramic Kadai, 28 cm Ceramic Dosa Tawa and 4 Litre Ceramic Dutch Oven. All four pieces carry the same 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating and come with their batch health report.
Why should I buy the set instead of buying the pieces separately?

What does the Dutch Oven add over the kadai?
The kadai is for daily sabzi, bhuna masala and frying. The 4 Litre Dutch Oven is for volume and slow cooking - biryani, stews, curries, dum dishes and batch cooking - with even heat distribution and the flexibility to go into the oven..
Why is the Asai ceramic set costlier than others?
We are India's only cookware with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE and sell it as "Ceramic" — beware! Our stainless-steel handles are patented and stay cool (<45°C), and every batch is tested for 300+ toxins with a lab report shared with you.
How is ceramic better than cast iron and triply cookware?
Cast iron and enamelled cast iron are heavy (4x), need pre-heating and use 2x the oil. Steel handis and triply cook unevenly because of poor conductivity. Ceramic brings the best of both worlds — even cooking, naturally non-stick, and light enough to lift with one hand.
What is the true life of this set?
With proper care, the ceramic kadai and Dutch Oven can easily last 3 to 4 years. The frying pan and dosa tawa perform well for 18-24 months of peak non-stick, after which the non-stick property goes down. Avoid metallic tools, high heat and abrasive cleaning to maintain performance over time. But till it lasts, it is 100% Toxin-Free.
Is the set induction compatible?
Yes. All four pieces are 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.
Is this set safe?

Is the Dutch Oven suitable for oven use?
Yes, it's oven-safe up to 450°F, giving you the flexibility to cook a wide range of recipes.
Can I use a metal spatula?
No. Metal spatulas can damage the surface. Use silicone or wooden spatulas instead — a complimentary silicone spatula is included with the set.
Is it tough to maintain a 4-piece ceramic set?
No. Every piece is lightweight, naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Just make sure no metallic spatulas are used and cook on low to medium heat.
How can I deep clean the kadai and Dutch Oven?
For the interior: fill halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water, place the vessel on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board, and carefully use a soft sponge on the warm surface. For the exterior: mix baking soda and a little water into a smooth paste and use kitchen paper to rub the paste over the stained area (exterior surfaces only).
Is this set dishwasher safe?
It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the longevity of the ceramic coating.

The pan is good to use. I am pushing my wife to buy the kadhai as well. Please note the lid handle was slightly loose at the time of delivery. We however decided to use it instead of exchange.
