What is included in The Everyday Trio?
This set includes our 24 cm Ceramic Frying Pan (without lid), 2.5 Litre Ceramic Kadai and 28 cm Ceramic Dosa Tawa. All three pieces carry the same 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating and come with their batch health report.
Why should I buy the set instead of buying the pieces separately?
This is our most complete everyday set: breakfast on the tawa, sabzi and curry in the kadai, eggs and quick sautéing in the frying pan. It replaces the three pans a typical Indian kitchen uses every single day, and works out cheaper than buying the three individually.
Is this the right set for a family of 3-4?
Yes. The 2.5 litre kadai comfortably handles daily sabzi and dal for 3-4 people, the 28 cm tawa fits full-size dosas and parathas, and the 24 cm frying pan covers everything quick. If you regularly cook large one-pot meals or biryani for guests, look at Set 4, which adds the 4 Litre Dutch Oven.
Why is the Asai ceramic set costlier than others?
We are India's only cookware with 4-layer Swiss ceramic coating. Many cheaper brands mix locally available ceramic with harmful PTFE and sell it as "Ceramic" — beware! Our stainless-steel handles are patented and stay cool (<45°C), and every batch is tested for 300+ toxins with a lab report shared with you.
Are all three pieces truly non-stick?
Procera™ Ceramic is naturally non-stick and uses 50% less oil. If taken good care of, all three pieces perform well for a long duration. Avoid dry heat, metallic spatulas, and cook on medium heat.
Does the dosa tawa require seasoning?
Seasoning helps increase the non-stick performance — we recommend doing it once every week. Definitely season the tawa before first use, and use only refined oil for seasoning.
Is the set induction compatible?
Yes. All three pieces are 100% compatible with induction, electric and normal stove.
Is this set safe?
We are the only cookware brand in the world that tests every batch for 300+ toxins and sends a health report with each product. Free from forever chemicals, heavy metals and hidden toxins.
Can I use a metal spatula?
No. Metal spatulas can damage the surface. Use silicone or wooden spatulas instead — a complimentary silicone spatula is included with the set.
Is it tough to maintain a 3-piece ceramic set?
No. All the pieces are lightweight, naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Just make sure no metallic spatulas are used and cook on low to medium heat.
How can I deep clean the kadai and the tawa?
For the kadai interior: boil water for 2 minutes, then clean with a soft sponge while warm. For black carbonization marks on the tawa: add water, baking soda and vinegar, boil for about 5 minutes, let it cool a little and scrub gently with a sponge and liquid soap. For exteriors, use a baking soda paste and rub gently.
Is this set dishwasher safe?
It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating.

The pan is good to use. I am pushing my wife to buy the kadhai as well. Please note the lid handle was slightly loose at the time of delivery. We however decided to use it instead of exchange.
